You'd start by brainstorming and conceptualizing your custom logo design. Think about colors, size, shape, and any specific details you want to include. We'll provide guidelines for optimal design resolution and file format. Alternatively, you could ask our design team for assistance by just adding the "custom design made" option when you place your order.
Create Digital Design:
Once we have your design, we'll use design software to create a digital representation of the patch.
Patch Specifications:
We'll upload the completed design with specified details such as patch size, thread colors, backing options (iron-on, sew-on, Velcro), and any additional features.
Sampling (Optional):
We also offer an optional sampling service where customers can receive a physical sample of their patch before full production. This ensures customer satisfaction with the final product.
Production:
Once the design is confirmed and payment is received, we'll start the production process. Relax; we'll keep you informed about the production status and expected completion date.
Quality Check:
Conduct a thorough quality check to ensure that each piece meets the specified design and quality standards.
Shipping:
We'll then package your custom pieces securely, ship them to the provided address, and provide a tracking number for easy monitoring.
